NAMI Fairbanks Raffle Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry and must be residents of Alaska.
  • NAMI Fairbanks employees and board members are not eligible to participate in this raffle.

2. Raffle Tickets

  • Each raffle ticket costs $25 or $20 each when you purchase 5 or more. Tickets are non-refundable.
  • Tickets can be purchased online through the NAMI Fairbanks website at wewin.namifairbanks.org.
  • The purchase of a raffle ticket constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Prize

  • The prize consists of two round-trip main cabin airfare tickets anywhere Alaska Airlines flies.
  • Transportation is valid on Alaska Airlines with no blackout dates. Each main cabin ticket is valued up to $1250. Vouchers need to be ticketed prior to their expiration date printed on the voucher (one year from the date of the drawing.)
  • Vouchers are not transferable and are subject to the additional terms and conditions on the applicable Alaska Airlines Travel Authorization Form.
  • The winner is responsible for any additional costs associated with the prize, including but not limited to taxes, fees, and any travel-related expenses.

4. Drawing

  • The raffle drawing will take place on September 27, 2024 at 8pm at the Fourth Friday Silent and Dessert Auction and Art Show, at the JP Jones Center, and the winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
  • The drawing will be conducted under the supervision of NAMI Fairbanks representatives.

5. Notification and Claiming the Prize

  • The winner will be notified via the contact information provided during the ticket purchase process.
  • The winner must claim their prize within 45 days of notification. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
  • NAMI Fairbanks reserves the right to request verification of eligibility before awarding the prize.

6. Terms of Use for the Prize

  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other prize.
  • The use of Alaska Airlines tickets is subject to the airline’s terms and conditions, and NAMI Fairbanks is not responsible for any issues related to flight availability, cancellation, or other matters concerning the airline.

7. Compliance with State Law

  • This raffle is conducted under NAMI Fairbanks’ gaming permit # 1473 issued by the State of Alaska. All raffle activities are subject to state laws and regulations governing charitable gaming.
  • By participating in this raffle, entrants agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • NAMI Fairbanks is not responsible for any technical issues, failures, or errors that may occur during the purchase of raffle tickets or the drawing process.
  • NAMI Fairbanks is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in this raffle or acceptance and use of the prize.

9. Privacy

  • Personal information collected during the raffle will be used solely for the purpose of conducting the raffle and notifying the winner. NAMI Fairbanks will not share or sell this information to third parties.

10. Modification of Terms

  • NAMI Fairbanks reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the NAMI Fairbanks website at wewin.namifairbanks.org.
