NAMI Fairbanks Raffle Refunds and Returns Policy
1. No Refunds
- All raffle ticket sales are final. Once a ticket has been purchased, it is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to the purchaser’s failure to read these terms, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the raffle process.
2. No Exchanges
- Raffle tickets cannot be exchanged for cash, other tickets, or any other items of value.
3. Ticket Delivery
- Upon successful purchase, raffle ticket numbers will be delivered electronically to the email address provided by the purchaser. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that the email address provided is accurate and capable of receiving electronic communications from NAMI Fairbanks.
- NAMI Fairbanks is not responsible for any delays, delivery failures, or miscommunications that occur due to technical issues outside of our control.
4. Lost or Misplaced Tickets
- If a purchaser misplaces or does not receive their raffle ticket number, they should contact NAMI Fairbanks at wewin@namifairbanks.org with proof of purchase. We will make reasonable efforts to assist in retrieving the ticket number. However, NAMI Fairbanks assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or misplaced tickets.
5. Event Cancellation
- In the event that the raffle drawing is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, NAMI Fairbanks reserves the right to reschedule the drawing. If the raffle is canceled entirely, NAMI Fairbanks will refund the purchase price of tickets to the purchasers.
6. Disqualification
- NAMI Fairbanks reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is found to be tampering with the raffle process, violating these terms, or engaging in any conduct that is detrimental or unfair to NAMI Fairbanks or other participants. Disqualified participants will not be eligible for a refund.
